About the role
Building finishing experience is mandatory. The role relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while working under general supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and code requirements through inspection duties.
- Perform daily field inspections and maintain inspection records.
- Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Track quality assurance progress.
- Provide input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers.
Required profile
- Building finishing experience is mandatory.
- Works under general supervision.
- May assist with training entry‑level employees.
