Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking a Business Analyst who is fluent in Arabic and English to support senior management with market analysis, strategic planning and decision‑making. The role involves turning complex market data into clear, actionable insights for the Group’s diversified operations across construction, heavy machinery, oil & gas, real estate and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and analysis of industry trends.
• Identify customer segments, business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, business cases and high‑quality PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
• Analyse internal and external data to generate actionable business insights.
• Monitor competitors, market developments and provide ad‑hoc analysis for strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy or market research.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written communication skills.
• Experience in machinery OEMs, heavy equipment companies or large diversified groups is an advantage.
