Business Analyst – Data & Analytics

About the role

As a Business Analyst in the Data & Analytics team, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the data/IT teams, turning business needs into actionable dashboards, KPIs and insights that support decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of finance, operations and project processes and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Design and support the development of Power BI dashboards, ensuring they align with agreed KPI definitions and reporting frameworks.
• Drive KPI standardisation and contribute to data‑governance initiatives to improve data quality and consistency.
• Enable stakeholders to interpret dashboards and insights, providing guidance and training on data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with experience in finance, operations or project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and the ability to run workshops.
• Proactive attitude to challenge requirements and ensure feasibility.
