Business Analyst – Data & Strategy

About the role

Instashop, the leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt, is looking for a Business Analyst to join its fast‑growing team. You will work closely with senior management to analyse business processes, develop financial models and drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data‑driven recommendations for strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct in‑depth business analytics to identify trends, challenges and opportunities.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and reports to support data‑driven decisions.
• Manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Create compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in business analysis, financial analysis or project management.
• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
