Business Analyst End-to-End Credit Decisioning

About the role

The Business Analyst will drive end‑to‑end credit decisioning processes for an Islamic banking platform, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to capture, analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, process flows and use cases.
• Conduct workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions and gap analysis.
• Work closely with Business, Operations, Compliance, Technology and Shariah Governance teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Support solution design, implementation, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollout.
• Perform impact assessments for product enhancements, regulatory changes and process improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support post‑go‑live stabilization and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Business analysis certification preferred.
• 6‑10 years of experience in banking, preferably on Islamic Banking platforms such as Flexcube Islamic, Finacle Islamic or Temenos.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments.
