Business Analyst

About the role

Aun Digital is seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to support its marketing and sales functions. The role will be based in Dubai and involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and prepare sales and data reports.
• Collaborate with clients and the sales team to propose solutions.
• Support requirement gathering, process and gap analysis, and design new functionalities.
• Participate in project and design walkthroughs, functional test planning and implementation sessions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.
• Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimisation strategies.
• Monitor deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare project proposals with technical accuracy and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

Required profile

• Graduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
