Business Analyst - UAE National, Supply chain

About the role

Amazon Supply Chain team is looking for a talented, innovative, hands‑on and customer‑obsessed candidate to manage capacity operations for the AMET (Africa, Middle East & Turkey) region. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms.
• Highly proficient with MS Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Enable effective decision‑making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources.
• Analyze and solve business problems, focusing on root‑cause analysis and forward‑looking opportunities.
• Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support future business processes.
• Understand tools and processes and drive seller adoption.
• Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Python, Tableau.
