Business Consultant – Business Setup Advisor

About the role

AMPSY Consultancy LLC is looking for a results‑driven Business Consultant / Business Setup Advisor to support clients in establishing their companies in Dubai. You will guide individuals and organisations through licensing, free‑zone regulations and visa processes while driving sales and expanding market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, in‑person visits and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and ensure regular communication.
• Explain company structures, licensing options, eligibility and free‑zone regulations to clients.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions and business meet‑ups to generate new opportunities.
• Mentor new consultants and business‑setup firms to improve their sales performance.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and coordinate with free‑zone authorities.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Use CRM tools to monitor, assess and improve sales performance.
• Stay updated on company services, industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports comparing sales achievements with lead generation data.
• Liaise with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth client processing.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research, including mystery shopping.
• Provide top‑tier customer service from inquiry through incorporation and visa acquisition.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business consulting, sales or business‑setup advisory.
• Intermediate (mid‑level) career stage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• CRM systems proficiency.
