Business Consultant

About the role

Business Link is seeking an energetic Business Consultant to act as the single point of contact for clients seeking corporate services across the UAE. You will drive sales, manage client relationships and deliver tailored advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support to clients, keeping them regularly updated on business incorporation, VAT advisory, PRO and banking services.
• Achieve KPI‑driven targets by convincing clients to choose Business Link as their corporate service provider.
• Complete administrative tasks, deliver out‑of‑the‑box solutions and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
• Work under pressure, multitask and be willing to put in extra hours when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent English communication skills (Arabic a plus).
• Minimum 2 + years of client‑facing sales experience as a Business Setup Advisor; banking experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE labour and immigration ministries, free‑zone processes and business modelling.
