Travel Sales Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Wings & Wheels Travel & Tourism is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant. This opportunity is ideal if you are passionate about travel and can turn customer enquiries into well‑planned travel experiences and confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with air ticketing and travel reservations.
• Provide visa assistance and guidance throughout the application process.
• Arrange hotel bookings, sightseeing tours, and other travel services.
• Coordinate inbound travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Respond to customer enquiries and convert them into successful bookings.
• Manage bookings from the initial enquiry through to final confirmation while ensuring excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in sales and reservations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
