Business Development Consultant

About the role

The Business Development Consultant will drive revenue growth by executing CBC's sales strategy across the GCC region. You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, generating new opportunities, and nurturing strategic partnerships that expand the company's market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report results accurately.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and manage internally allocated leads promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and stakeholders to create new revenue streams.
• Research and enter new markets, collaborating with department heads to develop and execute market entry plans.
• Prepare and present proposals within agreed timelines and devise alternative client acquisition strategies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Attend networking events to generate new business and contribute to CBC's public‑relations initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in corporate or professional services within the UAE, KSA, or broader GCC.
• Experience working in ADGM/DIFC environments.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
