Business Development Executive – Chemical Distribution

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions, a reputable chemical distributor, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on expanding the portfolio, acquiring new customers, and supporting existing accounts within the food‑industry chemicals market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive portfolio growth and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales and business development reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers on technical requirements, product specifications, and purchasing matters.
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving product‑related issues.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with chemicals used in the food industry.
• Strong network across UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and selling abilities.
• Fluent verbal and written English; Arabic preferred.
