Business Development Executive – GCC Region

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result‑driven Business Development Executive to support our strategic growth across the GCC, particularly in the UAE. The role focuses on consultancy, PMC or infrastructure business development and requires a strong understanding of government tendering, client engagement and GCC market dynamics. If you are passionate about building strategic relationships, developing partnerships and converting opportunities into impactful projects, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Support the company’s strategic growth initiatives across the GCC region.
• Engage with government tenders, RFQs, EOIs and vendor registrations to secure new projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant business development experience.
• Strong exposure to the GCC market, preferably the UAE.
• Valid GCC driving licence (mandatory).
• Arabic and Malayalam speaking (preferable).
• Experience in tenders, RFQs, EOIs and vendor registrations.
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to consultancy, PMC, PMU, TPIA, advisory, smart cities, energy, water, infrastructure or digital sectors.
