Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in the construction and architecture sector in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the construction and planning market.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project hand‑over and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with at least 1 year in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, tendering, and project lifecycle.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
