Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, result‑oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for a boutique staffing firm operating across the UAE. You will act as the bridge between corporate clients seeking top talent and our internal delivery teams, securing strategic B2B partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target corporate clients, multinationals, developers and SMEs to offer tailored staffing, executive search and workforce outsourcing solutions.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and pitch presentations to contract negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records of partner interactions, deal progress and metrics.
• Monitor regional market trends, hiring demands and competitor activity to refine business development strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to ensure client vacancy requirements are met.
• Represent the company at regional corporate meetups, industry exhibitions and networking events to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, business development or recruitment agency settings.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE corporate ecosystem and experience managing commercial service contracts.
