Business Development Executive

About the role

Our client, a leading law firm in Dubai, is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth across local and international markets. You will work closely with partners and attorneys to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the firm’s strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the firm.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and referral partners.
• Design and implement business development strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with legal teams to match client needs with firm services.
• Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Support cross‑selling of legal services across practice areas.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of business development experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market.
• Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and legal professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law or a related field.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.
