Business Development Executive

About the role

Urban Chic is expanding its serviced‑apartment portfolio in the UAE and seeks a driven Business Development Executive to grow both the property owner pipeline and the corporate client base. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for acquiring new owners and securing corporate accounts that keep the units occupied.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and sign property owners to join Urban Chic’s management model.
• Build and nurture relationships with landlords, investors, developers and agents.
• Negotiate and close management agreements.
• Win corporate accounts for serviced accommodation, working with relocation firms, agencies and booking partners.
• Understand Abu Dhabi corporate demand dynamics and feed market intelligence back to the team.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline in the CRM and coordinate with onboarding and reservations teams.
• Provide weekly updates on signings, accounts and pipeline to management.

Required profile

• Experience in UAE property, corporate housing or hospitality sales.
• Existing network of owners, brokers, agents or corporate mobility contacts is a strong advantage.
• Confident in commercial discussions, from landlord ROI talks to corporate procurement.
• Target‑driven, disciplined and self‑motivated.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed salary between AED 8,000 and AED 12,000 per month, plus commission.
• Target commission of AED 6,000 per month (with over‑achievement potential up to AED 7,500).
• On‑target earnings of AED 180k‑230k+ per year, uncapped for high performers.
