Business Development Executive

About the role

ZRS Cars Trading is a premium GCC‑spec pre‑owned vehicle dealership expanding its consignment, auction platform and investment opportunities. The Business Development Executive will combine outbound calling with face‑to‑face relationship building to bring new sellers, dealers and investors into the business.

Key responsibilities

• Consignment: call car owners and dealers, qualify sellers and schedule showroom visits.
• List It Auction: meet showrooms and dealers, sign them up to the new auction platform and grow the dealer network.
• Investment outreach: identify prospective investors, generate interest and bring qualified candidates into the team.
• Outbound outreach & relationship management: make proactive calls, follow‑up leads, close deals where possible and hand over ready opportunities to the internal team.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Confident, personable communicator comfortable on phone and in face‑to‑face meetings.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or dealership environment.
• Relationship‑builder with a target‑driven mindset.
• Presentable and professional when representing the company.
• Strong English communication; Arabic or Urdu a plus.
• Automotive knowledge or an existing dealer network is an advantage.

• Basic salary AED 2,000–3,000 per month plus uncapped commission.
