Business Development Executive

About the role

DD Group, a leading renovation and construction firm in Dubai, is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate new commercial construction and fit‑out opportunities. The role focuses on lead generation, client relationship management, and expanding the company’s footprint across hospitality, retail, hotel, and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound business opportunities and identify qualified commercial leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Promote DD Group’s commercial construction and fit‑out services.
• Identify new projects within hospitality, retail, hotel, and commercial sectors.
• Conduct networking activities to expand business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous UAE construction business development experience (mandatory).
• Experience in commercial construction and fit‑out projects.
• Exposure to hotel, hospitality, retail, and shop fit‑out projects.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and lead generation abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• Solid knowledge of commercial construction, fit‑out projects, business development, networking, and client relationship management.
