Business Development Executive

About the role

Halliday Forfaiting Services (HFS) is seeking a full‑time Business Development Executive to join its Dubai office. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building a pipeline of MSME clients, and delivering our invoice‑discounting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals and CRM tools.
• Lead client meetings and product demonstrations, ensuring quick turnaround.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the annual revenue budget.
• Manage key accounts, nurture long‑term relationships and monitor performance metrics.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather feedback to improve HFS products.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE market.
• Proven new‑business development and lead‑generation capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B SaaS or startup ecosystems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and collaborate across functions.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
