Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join Azinova Technologies in Dubai. The successful candidate will drive new revenue streams by identifying and converting business opportunities within the IT and software services market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE and regional markets.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through calls, meetings, networking events and digital outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, delivering presentations and tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution fit.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine go‑to‑market strategies and support revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new business development and lead generation, preferably in B2B IT or technology services.
• Strong business and account management capabilities with a focus on long‑term client value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, demonstrate cultural awareness and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
