About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, target‑driven Business Development Executive to join a leading creative and advertising agency in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships and supporting the recruitment team to meet hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients across the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
- Experience in Digital/Advertising sales.
- Willingness to travel across Dubai for client meetings.
