Business Development Executive – Private Label Perfume

About the role

Our client, a leading perfume manufacturing company in Dubai, is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to grow its private‑label and contract‑manufacturing portfolio. The successful candidate will leverage an existing network in the fragrance industry to generate new business and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for private‑label and contract manufacturing services.
• Build and maintain relationships with perfume brands, distributors, retailers, and entrepreneurs.
• Present the company’s manufacturing capabilities and tailor private‑label solutions to client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from inquiry through production.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or private‑label sales experience in perfume or contract manufacturing.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects into long‑term clients.
• Strong understanding of the fragrance and perfume manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
