Business Development Executive – SaaS Sales

About the role

Nextoria is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of its innovative SaaS solutions focused on AI and automation. The role involves identifying new opportunities, presenting product demos, and closing deals with B2B customers across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns and social selling.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Odoo.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Close new business deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and IT teams to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and forecasts in the CRM.
• Coordinate onboarding with implementation and support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Business Development or SaaS/B2B software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Odoo or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
