Business Development Executive – Talent Pool

About the role

We are building a talent pool for future Junior Business Development Executive positions within our fast‑growing FX payments team. As a member of this pool you will support pipeline growth by sourcing and qualifying leads and arranging prospect meetings for senior sales colleagues. The role offers exposure to the FX payments industry, structured training and a clear pathway for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, industry publications, networking events and other channels.
• Develop targeted outreach strategies and engage leads via phone, email and social media.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify prospects against defined criteria.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales team members and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system and track follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with senior sales to align lead‑generation tactics with overall sales goals and provide feedback on lead quality.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service or sales role.
• Strong ability to build rapport and engage potential clients.
