Business Development Manager – AI Talent Platform

About the role

Qureos is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join its Dubai team. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base for its AI‑powered talent platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
• Create and implement strategic business development plans to exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Represent Qureos at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Background in HR‑Tech, EdTech, or recruitment is highly desirable.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
