Business Development Manager (Arabic)

About the role

YAZ Media, a leading digital media agency in Dubai, is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager fluent in Arabic. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting client relationships within the media, creative and digital sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Identify, engage and assess potential clients, presenting tailored media and digital solutions.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process—from initial contact to signed contract.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client briefs.
• Transition closed deals to the project team with clear context and continuity.
• Maintain active relationships with existing clients to drive retention and referrals.
• Represent YAZ Media at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
• Track all pipeline activity, interactions and deal stages in HubSpot CRM.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience within a media, creative or digital agency.
• Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
