Business Development Manager / Brand Ambassador (FX Trading)

About the role

We are seeking a charismatic Business Development Manager and Brand Ambassador to lead the launch of an innovative FX trading exchange targeting the Asian market. Based in Dubai with hybrid/remote flexibility, you will become the public face of the brand, driving market adoption across key Asian regions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings across Asia.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new institutional and retail clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners, brokers and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor the FX platform to regional needs.
• Travel regularly to markets such as Thailand, China and other strategic locations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong presentation, communication and networking abilities.
• Background in sales, business development or networking within financial services, real estate, wealth management or related sectors.
• Confident, professional and highly charismatic with a public‑facing demeanor.
