Business Development Manager – Commercial Machinery

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive sales and service operations for commercial machinery within the foodservice sector across the Middle East. You will expand the existing client base, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to meet market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales and service activities related to commercial machinery in foodservice.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout the region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments, attending trade shows and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in commercial equipment or machinery within the Middle East.
• Preferably experience selling to the foodservice sector.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Dubai, UAE.
