Business Development Manager – Corporate Payments

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Corporate Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition across SMEs and mid‑market companies in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, building a strong pipeline, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales – from prospecting to closing.
• Build pipeline through cold calls, LinkedIn, field visits, and hustle.
• Speak to founders, finance teams, and business owners.
• Close customers quickly with a simple, high‑velocity sales motion.
• Continuously experiment with messaging, outreach, and GTM approach.
• Work closely with product and leadership to shape how we sell.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales / SDR / early AE roles.
• Strong cold calling / prospecting experience.
• Comfortable building pipeline from scratch.
• Experience selling to SMEs or mid‑market companies.
• High energy, urgency, and bias for action.
• Experience in HR SaaS, payroll, fintech, or SMB tools.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding outbound / revenue targets.
• Ability to move fast without overcomplicating deals.
• Strong communication – clear, sharp, persuasive.
• Multilingual abilities (Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
