Business Development Manager, EMEA

About the role

CodaCoda is seeking a Business Development Manager for the EMEA region to accelerate growth by acquiring new enterprise customers. This strategic hunting role involves building relationships with senior decision‑makers, leading complex sales cycles, and closing high‑impact commercial partnerships with innovative digital businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target untapped segments of the EMEA digital economy, from mobile gaming to emerging creator platforms.
• Navigate multi‑stakeholder environments, engaging C‑suite executives to craft bespoke commercial packages that combine payment infrastructure, distribution capabilities, and custom commerce solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on payment strategy, leading discovery sessions with CFOs, VPs of Product, and payment leaders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance teams to remove barriers and accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Monitor payment trends, regulatory changes, and competitive movements across the region.

Required profile

• 6+ years of enterprise B2B experience in payments, PSPs, payment orchestration, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of closing six‑ to seven‑figure deals.
• Deep understanding of the digital economy, particularly gaming, digital content, creator platforms, wallets, OTT, or related verticals.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles.

Required skills

• Enterprise B2B sales expertise in the payments or SaaS sector.
• Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure and digital commerce models.
• Ability to design and negotiate large‑scale commercial agreements.
