Business Development Manager – Enterprise Cybersecurity (UAE, Oman, Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise cybersecurity sales across the UAE, Oman and Qatar. You will lead the full sales cycle for Seclore’s data‑centric security portfolio, targeting government, BFSI, energy, defense and large enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales process from territory planning and prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Develop and maintain a minimum 3× pipeline coverage against quota.
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and heads of information security.
• Translate regulatory mandates into funded security initiatives.
• Co‑sell with regional channel partners and distributors while protecting deal control and margin.
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to run structured evaluations and position outcomes.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record selling to government, BFSI, energy, defense or large enterprise accounts in the Gulf region.
• Experience managing a defined enterprise territory and channel ecosystem.
