About the role

Ajax Systems, a leading international tech company in security and automation, is expanding its presence in the UAE. The Global Business Development team seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth of fire and life safety products across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the UAE market.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners and key clients.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
• Proven sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire systems and ability to manage the full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop solutions.
