Business Development Manager – Forex Industry

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive the next phase of growth for our multi‑regulated Forex brokerage. You will lead partnership acquisition, expand into new markets and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and manage partnerships with affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and white‑label clients.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies for regions such as GCC, Asia and Latin America.
• Lead negotiations, onboarding and performance management of key partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance and sales teams to ensure smooth partner integration.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to optimise acquisition efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos and networking opportunities.
• Report directly to the Head of Business Development.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year proven experience in business development within the Forex or FinTech industry.
• Strong portfolio of B2B clients such as IBs, affiliates, fund managers or white‑label partners.
• Deep understanding of Forex products, trading platforms and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth results.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
