Business Development Manager – Forex/CFD

About the role

We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive growth in the Forex, CFD and multi‑asset trading space. The role is senior‑level, requires an established network of traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), money managers and institutional partners, and expects immediate revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the company’s client base across assigned markets.
• Leverage existing relationships with retail traders, IBs, Master IBs, money managers, affiliates and institutional clients.
• Generate new funded accounts, net deposits and trading volume.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships through online and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Attend industry events, expos and networking activities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with IBs, affiliates and strategic partners.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations and Dealing teams.
• Achieve monthly business development and sales KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Forex/CFD brokerage (5 years for senior role).
• Proven track record of generating deposits and acquiring new clients.
• Existing network of traders, IBs, affiliates or strategic partners.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, Russian, Spanish) are a plus.
