Business Development Manager - French Speaking

About the role

Premium Pack Trading Co. LLC is seeking a French‑speaking Business Development Manager to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients in the packaging solutions market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with B2B customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics and after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular forecasts.
• Represent Premium Pack at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales and business development experience, preferably in packaging or industrial equipment.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; sales certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, meet targets and collaborate in a multicultural team.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events, especially within the GCC.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
