Business Development Manager – Internal & Supplier Audit

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to sell Internal and Supplier Audit solutions across the Middle East, based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts and positioning BSI’s expertise to help organisations improve their processes.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively network with new clients to build a strong sales pipeline in the Middle East market.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑division colleagues to design tailored audit solutions.
• Use BSI’s sales tools and CRM (Salesforce) to track opportunities, forecast sales and record orders.
• Coordinate with operations teams to meet delivery timelines and resolve issues.
• Monitor sales activity and KPIs, using data to plan future strategies and achieve financial targets.
• Stay updated on industry developments and engage clients in relevant discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within consultancy or the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector.
• Track record of independently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit, supplier audit or related supply‑chain areas.
• University degree in Business, Sustainability or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
