About the role
PES is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the IT consulting sector. You will identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help shape the company’s strategic direction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries aligned with PES services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, deliver presentations, and move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies and overall growth plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales or account management, preferably in IT technology consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
