Business Development Manager - Italian Speaking

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Italian Speaking will identify and develop new business opportunities for Premium Pack Trading Co. LLC in Dubai, focusing on the packaging industry. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with distributors, manufacturers and end‑users while supporting after‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads across the packaging market.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal sales, technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and after‑sales support.
• Perform regular market research, monitor competitor activity and attend industry events.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue growth and meet strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of the packaging industry or industrial machinery sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid analytical and research capabilities to assess market trends.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and travel for client visits, trade shows and industry events.
