About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams and expand our agency’s footprint across the UAE and GCC. The successful candidate will leverage deep agency knowledge to build lasting client relationships and deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase agency growth, revenue, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, and key decision‑makers.
- Lead outreach, client meetings, presentations, pitches, and proposal discussions.
- Collaborate with internal PR, social, creative, content, and production teams to craft integrated proposals.
- Develop strategic partnerships and generate qualified leads aligned with growth objectives.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Contribute to agency growth strategies by monitoring market trends and client needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven business development or client‑facing experience, preferably within a marketing, PR, creative, or communications agency.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Existing network and strong industry connections in the UAE and GCC markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and results‑driven.
