Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our insurance portfolio across retail and corporate lines. The role combines consultative selling with strong relationship building to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and leveraging existing client portfolios.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Track progress against sales goals using data and insights to optimise performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term value.
• Prepare client-focused proposals that showcase the value of InsuranceMarket.ae’s products and services.
• Lead negotiations and close deals on favourable terms.
• Stay informed on insurance trends, competitor activity and client needs.
• Collaborate with the Head of Falcon Advisory on brand-building content.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows and industry functions.
• Maintain disciplined daily activity levels for calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Participate in sales trainings, team meetings and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a strong focus on value-based selling.
• Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Committed to building long-term client relationships rather than transactional sales.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
