Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and promoting the firm’s tax advisory and compliance services.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and analyse opportunities for tax advisory services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers for prospective clients.
• Attend client meetings, negotiate terms and close new business.
• Collaborate with tax consultants to align service offerings with client needs.
• Support marketing initiatives and track sales performance against targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Demonstrated business development, sales and account management experience in professional services or financial consultancy.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Experience with or strong interest in corporate taxation, VAT and international tax services.
• Proven ability to meet revenue and growth targets while working with technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are beneficial.

• Preparation of structured reports and presentations.
