Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our design firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the delivery of high‑quality interior design, architecture, and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and business proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close new deals.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain an updated CRM database and produce sales and pipeline reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of business development experience in a design, interior fit‑out, architecture, or construction company.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong network within the UAE design and construction industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
