Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across non‑government and non‑financial services sectors in the Gulf region. The role will focus on selling flagship research, data and economic intelligence solutions, as well as senior‑level membership and executive engagement offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from strategic account mapping and prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop deep understanding of large organisations, their ownership structures and subsidiaries.
• Build multi‑threaded relationships across departments and engage C‑suite stakeholders.
• Sell data‑led subscriptions and executive membership programmes.
• Translate geopolitical and macro‑economic trends into commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, data‑as‑a‑product, information services or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Middle East economic and geopolitical landscape.
• Excellent communication style suited to senior‑level engagement.
• Ability to map complex organisations and identify decision‑making structures.
