Business Development Manager

About the role

Chillblast is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its customer and partner network across the UAE and the wider GCC region. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and guide customers toward the right technology solutions, ranging from gaming PCs to professional workstations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Build relationships with businesses, universities, schools, gaming organisations, government entities, resellers and technology partners.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with the technical team to recommend suitable systems.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Maintain a healthy and realistic sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and system‑building teams.
• Support regional partnerships, events, exhibitions and product launches.
• Stay updated on developments in gaming, PC hardware, esports, AI and professional workstations.
• Provide clear sales forecasts and updates to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, B2B sales or account management.
• Experience in technology, IT hardware, gaming, consumer electronics or system integration is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of the UAE business market.
• Confidence speaking with customers at all levels, from technical teams to senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical commercial solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive attitude with the confidence to build a market from the ground up.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
