Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will expand Unified Microsystems’ presence across the UAE by building strong professional relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the commercial real‑estate, workplace, and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, fit‑out contractors, landlords, tenants, developers and corporate decision‑makers.
• Position Unified Microsystems as a trusted partner in the UAE office, workplace and construction communities.
• Identify upcoming office relocations, refurbishments, fit‑out projects and technology requirements, generating qualified leads for the company’s technology, IT infrastructure, security, audio‑visual and managed‑services solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering and design teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities, monitor market trends and pursue strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry exhibitions, conferences and trade shows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within commercial real‑estate, construction or related technology sectors.
• Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to understand client requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
