Business Development Manager

About the role

Techcarrot is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its enterprise customer base across the UAE. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, and work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to craft winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers throughout the UAE.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net‑new pipeline.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Engage CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams and other decision‑makers to understand business challenges.
• Position Techcarrot’s services—including Salesforce, cloud, cybersecurity and enterprise applications—against identified needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation and contract closure.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution architects and delivery teams to create compelling proposals.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of B2B IT sales experience in the UAE with a proven hunter track record.
• Existing network of enterprise customers and decision‑makers in the UAE.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently against quota.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
