Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive group dining and event revenue across Capital Motion's restaurant portfolio in Abu Dhabi. This position focuses on acquiring corporate, MICE and private event bookings while building strong client relationships and positioning the venues as premier locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow event and group dining revenue across all restaurant brands.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, embassies, government entities and event organizers.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitor offerings and client expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, travel agencies and event planners.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, ensure timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Create customized proposals, menus and packages tailored to client needs and budgets.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations, culinary and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Represent Capital Motion at trade shows, networking events and industry functions to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns targeting corporate and event business.
