Business Development Manager

About the role

Join haus & haus, an award‑winning real‑estate agency, as a Business Development Manager within the Holiday & Short‑Term Rentals team. You will drive property acquisition, build strong landlord relationships, and contribute to the growth of our short‑term rental portfolio in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect landlords using the CRM system, Dubizzle and internal databases.
• Onboard a minimum of eight new properties each month.
• Handle referrals from internal agents and schedule meetings to secure agreements.
• Prepare and deliver financial projections to landlords.
• Develop daily rapport with potential landlords.
• Conduct market research and create presentation‑ready reports.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Proven experience in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales abilities.
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Advanced multitasking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑based environment.
