Business Development Manager

About the role

Emirates Flight Catering is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across local, regional and export markets. You will shape strategy, build profitable client relationships and drive revenue for the Food Point brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement business development and marketing strategies aligned with financial targets.
• Identify and secure new revenue opportunities in FMCG foodservice and catering sectors.
• Analyse market deals, financials and internal priorities to screen viable opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and multi‑year development plans.
• Lead the day‑to‑day activities of the account management and customer care teams to meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and maintain confidentiality.
• Manage and coach the Business Development team to achieve performance goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor success metrics and continuously improve development processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG foodservice or related industry.
• Proven track record in commercial sales, category management and price negotiation.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting capabilities.
• Experience working with multinational clients and senior executives.
